PRINTING & MAGNETIC STRIPE

Mecstar’s tradition continues since 1989: we produce and print traditional tickets for a wide range of sectors and applications. We have more than 30 years of experience in meeting our customers’ needs. We offer flexographic to digital printing and are specialists in the application of magnetic stripe and holograms to ensure product security and authenticity.

The success of Mecstar is based on the constant updating of technologies and a strong focus on research and development activities, on the knowledge of the quality of the media, the magnetic strips used, the RFID antenna and its applications and the experience of printing and production techniques, but above all the knowledge of electronic ticket management systems. Malfunctions, machine jams due to paper material, chips and their delicacy and the demagnetization of the magnetic stripe are now just a memory of the past.

SICUREZZA

Variable data, such as the printing of numbers or multidimensional Matrix and QR-Code codes, are another reason for distinction in a sector that requires progressive personalization of the ticket and the guarantee of its uniqueness, without the possibility of counterfeiting, combined with the possible application of Holographic material. Mecstar is equipped with special bunker rooms where the processing of travel tickets is carried out with anti-counterfeiting solutions. These rooms, alarmed and under video surveillance, can only be accessed by authorized personnel through fingerprint recognition. Special software records all accesses and all productions carried out. All this to guarantee the safety of the product for the customer.
